The BinaxNOW COVID-19 Antigen Card Home Test kits are virtually guided by a trained telehealth proctor; proctors are available who speak English and Spanish. The tests require an internet connection, an internet-enabled device (computer, mobile phone or tablet) with a webcam or front-facing camera, microphone, speaker and supported web browser, and a valid photo ID to show the proctor. Information on supported browsers is available at this webpage. If you are taking the test from your mobile phone or tablet, when the app prompts you to start the session on your desktop computer you will need to open up your phone/tablet’s web browser.
Individuals who test positive should isolate and follow up with their health care provider. The VDH Antigen Testing Recommendations webpage provides guidance on next steps following antigen test results.
