Donation Weekends
The library is not currently accepting donations
Keep an eye out for information about our next Donation Weekend!
We will announce it on Social Media and our main webpage.
Manassas Park City Library (MPCL) accepts donations of current books and DVDs at our Park Central location.
We will accept 2 grocery bags or 1 box per person.
Not all donations are added to the collection, instead they may be added to the Book Nook, located in Manassas Park Community Center.
Acceptable Donations
| Materials 5 years old or less. |
| Good condition. |
| Clean with no writing, odors, nor other visible damage. |
| DVDs with little to no markings. |

- Textbooks
- Encyclopedias
- Dictionaries
- Books with missing covers
- items which are unhealthy to handle or dirty, moldy, smelly, burnt, chewed, or damp
- Magazines
- Reader’s Digest condensed books

Some donation sites require that individuals call to verify that they are accepting donations at that moment before dropping off materials. We suggest calling ahead of time to verify donation requirements.
