Write a Story or in a Journal

Sometimes it can be difficult getting your thoughts in order when things are hectic. Especially in 2020 where things often seem like they will never make sense or be back to ‘normal’ again. Try writing a story or putting your thoughts down on paper (or on a computer screen) and see if it helps calm your mind! All Ages.
