About the book:

It’s Wednesday! Which means it’s time for Jim Panzee’s weekly Wednesday walk. He wakes up, stretches a little, grabs his stress orange, and sets off. Jim’s favorite part of the walk is the blissful silence. When he’s alone, he can hear all the jungle sounds. Until . . . his best buddy, Norman, decides to join him. And before he knows it, Jim is followed by every animal in the jungle. It’s all just too much. Now Jim and his not-so-helpful friends are on a quest across the jungle to find another stress orange before it is too late!

About the book:

Take a fantastical journey through an inspiring world where anything can happen: leaves turn into fish, cats fly with wings, humans have tails, frogs eat rainbows, and dreams become visible.

About the walk:

Located right next to the basketball courts – Signal Hill Park is the perfect place for a day!

Starting near the courts, this Storywalk® has 17 signs situated over 1/4th of a mile stretch of trail. Make a day of it and go to Signal Bay Waterpark, or play a game of tennis or basketball!

About the walk:

Located right behind the old library – Blooms Park is a perfect place for a walk!

Starting near the trail entrance next to the library this Storywalk® has 22 signs situated over a half mile stretch of the trail. Make sure you bring some water though – the hills on this trail can be tiring! Even better, bring a snack or lunch and celebrate finishing with a picnic in the park! Don’t forget to share your thoughts on the book on our Facebook page or in the Beanstack app. You might even be able to win a copy of the book!
